The Course is situated in a picturesque setting 20 minutes South of Cairns

The course is urrounded by residential areas, cane lands and a mountain backdrop which is overshadowed by the distinctively shaped Walsh's Pyramid which at 922 metres is the highest free-standing peak in the world.

Gordonvale is the gateway to the beautiful Atherton Tablelands, Lake Barrine and Lake Eacham.

The Course has 2 distinct fields of play. 9 holes in the centre of the racetrack which is wide and open and another 9 holes outside the racetrack is well treed and offers a different challenge for all golfers. It has a lovely country feel about it and worth a hit if you have plenty of time in our region as it offers its own challenges and an enjoyable game in Far North Queensland.

The backdrop is a stunning tropical mountain range. The course is relatively flat with several water hazards, which both complements as well as making the course challenging to all levels of golfers.
